CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY:
- Our system automatically processes the order once it has been received. Cancellations are not allowed. If you change your mind once it has shipped and prior delivery, we need you to accept the order and request a Return Goods Authorization number to qualify for a refund. Orders refused at delivered will be subject to all applicable fees including but not limited to shipping costs, and 25% restocking fee.
- Returns will be accepted for new or unused items within 7 days of delivery. Please note shipping fee is not refundable. To initiate your return, please contact us to receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number and shipping address, please note shipping cost for return will be paid directly by the Customer.
- Probath Company has a money back guarantee on products returned within 20 days after the RGA has been approved.
- Returned items must arrived back in reusable condition: new, unused, unaltered, and uninstalled, with the original packaging and documentation.
- We do not charge a restocking fee unless the product is opened, damaged, without the original packaging, documentation or accessories that were included in the shipment. Our restocking fee is 25%.
- Unauthorized returns will be refused.
DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS: Please read carefully.
- You will be receiving a phone call from the freight company to schedule a specific delivery window for your area.
- If the shipping company can't reach you to schedule the delivery of your order or if you are not available to receive the order within 3 calendar days since the first contact attempt, your order will be automatically cancelled. If the order is cancelled then you will be charged with a 50% corresponding to restocking, shipping, storage and administrative fee, and will only be entitled to get a refund of 50% of the order.
- Please fully inspect all deliveries before signing the receipt even if you do not plan on opening the carton right away. If during inspection a damage is detected, take pictures, and add notes in the receipt and keep a copy. Please contact our customer service department inmediately and send all the information.
